This is ridiculous and plain poor operating. All over a stupid 5 minute transaction that I can't even use, I now have to provide all this personal information I DON'T want them having.
Tried to get refund through Chat only to be told they want more personal information from me such as my bank, address, bank acc num, etc. Site does not work on my mobile or PC even after you download the authenticator app, doesn't work. IF YOU ARE FROM CANADA STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE IT BACK!!! They forced me into a deposit upon sign up, took my money before verifying my location only to come to find out I have to download multiple apps to try and use their website which did not work.
